The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session.  If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability.  

 

1. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a photo session, date and time.  The deposit goes toward the clients final balance. The photo session will be booked once we receive the deposit.

 

2. Payment: Client agrees to pay upon date of photo session the final remaining balance due.

 

3. Cancellations: All deposit fees are non-refundable. A notice of 7 days must be given for cancellation of this contract by the client. Any cancellation made with less than 7 days notice will result in full payment by the client.

 

4. Weather and Location Changes: Outdoor sessions are weather dependent, if weather conditions are unsuitable we will work out an alternative location.

 

5.  Editing and turnaround time: Editing typically will take about 1 week, we will notify and email once the gallery is ready.

 

6. Photo Previews: A sneak peak of your session will be posted on social media within a few days. Final gallery will be delivered via online.

 

7. Copyright: The photographer retains the entire copyright throughout the world for the photographs taken during the specified photo session. Example of purpose use – instagram and website portfolio gallery display. The signed agreement serves as a release authorization for such materials. 

 

8. Liability: Photographer is not responsible for any damage to person (s) or property during the photo session. Client is responsible for any guest their bringing, for their own children and their safety. Client releases photographer of any and all liability.

 

9. Confidentiality: All information provided by the client shall be treated with the requisite confidentiality and will only be available to us. Your personal details will not be made available to any other party without your express agreement.
